Undergraduate Certificate

The certificate is awarded by the Academic Program Director under the advice of the curriculum committee. Upon completion of the program requirements, a student desiring a certificate will make an individual petition for a certificate to the Academic Program Director, who will be responsible for ascertaining that the student has indeed met the requirements. The student will provide a copy of their transcript showing that they have completed the coursework that meets the certificate requirements with an acceptable GPA. The program director will then notify the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences that a formal letter of completion should be sent to the student.
